The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Concordia Bus AB.
The annual reports, 20-F, are filed with SEC by Concordia Bus Nordic AB, the registrant and the issuer of the €130 million Senior Secured Notes. It has been decided that the financial statements presented in these reports should be the consolidated financial statements of Concordia Bus Nordic Holding AB, who is the owner of Concordia Bus Nordic AB and guarantor of the €130 million Senior Secured Notes.

The quarterly reports contain only the financial statements, and these reports are published and furnished with SEC by Concordia Bus Nordic Holding AB.
