Quality Management should ensure that work is conducted in line with what has been promised. The work in is three stages.

	Documentation of routines and working methods(through the process teams).
	Revision and checking of how routines and working methods are observed.
	Correction of all discrepancies in order to minimize the risk of repetition

Quality councils exist on the Group, company and depot level.
